Pilates Based Exercise classes
lead by a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Every Thursday, 10.00am – 11.15am
The classes will include some time discussing health education around subjects such as joint care as we age, how the body changes after menopause, application of relaxation and mindfulness. We aim to promote an improved sense of well-being.
There are opportunities for those with health concerns such as back pain to be assessed individually by the physiotherapist, to establish their suitability for the classes prior to their commencement. We tailor the classes according to the needs of those who wish to attend.
